Early in 2024 Columbia-Greene Habitat for Humanity launched The Rural Starter Home Initiative, a plan to provide quality, low cost, energy efficient and replicable starter homes for average to lower wage residents. The first of many planned RSHI houses is going up in Niverville. You can see our building progress below.
