About Us
Since 1993 Columbia-Greene Habitat for Humanity has built or refurbished 27 homes by working with partner families, volunteers, and community organizations to fund and develop safe, decent, and affordable housing for low to middle-income families.
Through our Habitat Helping Hands service initiative, we assist lower income homeowners with basic home maintenance and repair services including exterior repairs and enhancements that enable qualified seniors to stay safely in their homes. We also operate Hudson ReStore, a retail store that sells new and gently-used furniture, appliances, building materials, and housewares. All proceeds from the ReStore go directly to support Habitat’s construction programs.
